Franklin Templeton AMC has extended the date of the merger for Franklin India Growth Fund and Franklin India Taxshield '95 with Franklin India Prima Plus fund from July 30, 2004 to September 10, 2004.
Also, the date of merger of Templeton India Liquid Fund with Templeton India Treasury Management Account has been extended from August 6, 2004 to September 17, 2004.
