ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund announces merger in two schemes

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced the merger of ICICI Prudential CRISIL-IBX AAA Bond Financial Services Index -Dec 2026 Fund into ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund , effective November 14, 2025.

As a result of this merger, ICICI Prudential CRISIL-IBX AAA Bond Financial Services Index -Dec 2026 Fund will cease to exist, and its unitholders will become unitholders of ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund.

Exit Window: Unitholders of ICICI Prudential CRISIL-IBX AAA Bond Financial Services Index -Dec 2026 Fund who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between October 14, 2025, and  November 14, 2025.
