How frequently does Value Research review stock recommendations & the Best Buy list?

Value Research has helped me enormously in becoming a better informed investor. At what frequency do you review and update your stock recommendations and the Best Buy list on valueresearchstocks.com?
- Mukund

As far as the Best Buy list is concerned, our equity analysts review it weekly. Even though there may not be too many changes on a week-on-week basis, any change gets triggered due to change in valuation and not due to underlying fundamental attributes of the companies.

Regarding the broader list of recommendations, there is no set frequency or time frame on which the stocks are reviewed. They are always under constant monitoring and tracking of our analysts. At any given point in time, if any events or developments happen that compel an analyst to change his opinion on a particular stock, they come out with updated guidance as and when development happens. So there is no specific predefined frequency to it.

Now coming to the new recommendations that we release, our team typically maintains a list of stocks they like and the stocks approved for recommendation. But an analyst would want to wait for the price to be in more of their comfort zone, and when that happens, the analyst would be happy to come out with their recommendations. So that is why you see that there could be certain periods when we do not come out with any recommendation, and there could be some other periods when we come out with recommendations in quick succession.
