One should be investing in a contra fund in any market scenario. But the real problem is, there are not too many good contra funds. Ideally, a small part of your money should always be invested in a good contra fund, not exceeding one-third or a quarter of your total money. Though you have a limited choice and not too many good contra funds, select one carefully.
