HDFC Mutual Fund has announced the merger of HDFC FMP 1269D March 2023 into HDFC Banking and PSU Debt Fund AMC image

HDFC Mutual Fund has announced the merger of HDFC FMP 1269D March 2023 into HDFC Banking and PSU Debt Fund, effective September 9, 2026. The scheme was set to mature on September 9, 2026. As a result of this merger, HDFC FMP 1269D March 2023 will cease to exist, and its unitholders will become unitholders of HDFC Banking and PSU Debt Fund.

Exit Window: Unitholders of HDFC FMP 1269D March 2023 who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between August 10, 2026 and September 8, 2026.
