Transaction Facility under Principal Mutual Fund

Effective April 19, 2010, Principal Mutual Fund has announced that the following schemes can be transacted through National Stock Exchange (NSE). The schemes are as follows:
Principal Emerging Bluechip, Principal Large Cap Fund, Principal MIP, Principal MIP Plus, Principal Personal Tax Saver and Principal Tax Saving Fund.

The Features of the facility are as follows:
1. Purchase/redemption of units will be available to both existing and new investors. Currently switching of units, SIP, STP and SWP will not be permitted through this facility.
2. Mutual Fund Service System has been introduced by NSE in order to facilitate transactions through stock exchange infrastructure. Investors who are eligible and willing to transact under this facility are required to register themselves with eligible brokers.
3. The units of eligible schemes are not listed on NSE and cannot be traded on stock exchange like shares. The window for transaction of units on NSE will be available between 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. or such other timings as may be decided.
