Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please be informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 03 2026 has inter alia approved re-appointment of Mr. Parveen Gupta (DIN:00013926) as the Managing Director & Mr. Sachin Gupta (DIN: 0006070) as the Whole-Time Director of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
