
SBI Mutual Fund has announced some fundamental changes in its SBI Multi Asset Allocation Fund. The type of scheme will change from " open-ended scheme investing in equity, debt, gold & gold related instruments" to " open-ended scheme investing in equity, fixed income, gold or silver related instruments".
The fund will also change its bechmark from "CRISIL 10-year Gilt index(45), Nifty 50 TRI(40) and Price of Gold(15)" to " S&P BSE 500 TRI(45), CRISIL Composite bond Fund Index(40), Domestic prices of Gold(10) and Domestic prices of Silver(5)". These changes will come into effect from October 30, 2023.
