Tata Equity PE Fund invests 70 per cent of its portfolio in stocks with P/E ratios lower than that of Sensex. Its market-cap allocation has been consistent with an average diversified peer, with about 65-75 per cent in large-caps, 15-25 per cent in mid-caps, with the remainder in small-caps. The number of stocks in the portfolio has remained below 40, making it relatively more concentrated among category peers.
