Quant Mutual Fund has revised the exit load structure of the following schemes, with effect from August 08, 2021, as under:

| Quant Mid Cap Fund | 1% for redemption within 365 days | 0.50% for redemption within 90 days |
| Quant Infrastructure Fund | 1% for redemption within 365 days | 0.50% for redemption within 90 days |
| Quant Quantamental Fund | 1% for redemption within 365 days | NIL |
