Birla Income Plus- Retail Dividend Plan- Re. 0.225 per unit Birla Income Plus- Institutional Divided Plan- Re. 0.235 per unit Birla Gilt Plus- Liquid Plan- Dividend- Rs. 0.150 per unit Birla Gilt Plus- PF Plan- Dividend- Rs. 0.265 per unit Birla Gilt Plus- Regular Plan- Dividend- Rs. 0.265 per unit

The record date for the dividend is June 15, 2003. The above dividends would be tax free in the hands of the investor.
