Reliance Banking Fund has extended Initial Public Offer closure date from May 21, 2003 to May 22, 20

Reliance Banking Fund has extended Initial Public Offer closure date from May 21, 2003 to May 22, 2003.

Earlier the fund had announced the initial offer to remain open from May 8 to May 21, 2003. The scheme would invest in equity, equity related or fixed income securities of banks. The proportion of investment between equity and debt will be decided based on the view of the fund manager on anticipated movement in both debt as well as equity markets. The minimum investment under the fund is Rs 25,000. The fund offers three options- Growth, Dividend and Bonus.
