Kotak Mutual Fund has announced the introduction of an Institutional Plan under K Liquid. The plan would have both Growth and Dividend Reinvestment options. The unitholders of the Growth and Dividend Reinvestment option of K Liquid can switch over to the respective plans of K Liquid Institutional on March 12 and 13, 2003. Switches will be subject to the provision of minimum purchase amount of the plan. The plan would be available for continuous sale and repuchase, ffective March 14, 2003.

The Institutional Plan and K Liquid will have a common portfolio.
