IL&FS Mutual Fund has declared quarterly dividends. A dividend of 3.5 per cent and 2 per cent has been declared under IL&FS Bond and IL&FS Bond - Short Term Plan respectively. Under the Long Term Plan of the Gilt Fund, a dividend of 4 per cent has been declared and 3 per cent under IL&FS Gilt- Short Term Plan. In IL&FS Liquid Account, a 1.75 per cent dividend has been declared under the quarterly dividend option. The record date for all the dividends was December 16th, 2002.
