Unit Trust of India has declared a bonus issue of 1 unit to every 2 units held in its Petro Fund. All unit holders as on 10th July 2002, will be eligible for the bonus.
Launched in June 1999, UTI Petro- a specialty equity fund is dedicated to Petroleum sector. The fund has been a good performer and its returns since inception stand at 31.72 percent, calculated on an annualized basis.
