Birla Income Plus and all plans of Birla Gilt Plus have modified the frequency of dividend declaration from quarterly to half-yearly. Accordingly, the record dates for dividends in these funds will be the 15th of September and 15th of March each year. In view of the above, these schemes will not declare dividends on June 15, 2002.
