Alliance Capital Mutual Fund has decided to suspend declaration of dividend in the dividend plan of its ultra short-term debt fund, Alliance Cash Manager with effect from June 1, 2002. The fund paid a dividend of 1.38 per cent for the week ended May 22, 2002.
