Alliance Equity Fund has announced March 20, 2002 as the record date for declaration of dividend. All purchases made before 3:30 p.m. on March 20, 2002 will be eligible to receive dividends. This will be the sixth dividend from the fund since its launch. The fund declared its last dividend of 10 per cent in October 2001. Launched in August 1998, the fund has posted a total return of 32.67 per cent, as on February 14, 2002.
