This is in continuation of our letters dated 21st July 2026 and 31st July 2026 pursuant to which the Company had submitted the Notice of EGM and the First Corrigendum thereto respectively for the EGM scheduled to be held on 12th August 2026 . Pursuant to the additional information sought by NSE and BSE in relation to the proposed preferential issue we are enclosing herewith the Second Corrigendum to the Notice of EGM incorporating the requisite disclosures and amendments to the Explanatory Statement. All other contents of the Notice of EGM and the First Corrigendum shall reman unchanged.
