Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has decided to change the exit load of following schemes with effect from July 20, 2015:

| Kotak Emergimg Equity | 1% if redeemed within 2 years from the date of allotment | 1% if redeemed within 1 year from the date of allotment |
| Kotak Monthly Income Plan | 1% if redeemed within 3 years from the date of allotment | 1% if redeemed within 1 year from the date of allotment |
The fund house has also announced dividend under Kotak Q Interval Series 5 Reg-D and Kotak Q Interval Series 5 Direct-D.
The quantum of dividend will be the entire distributable surplus as on the record date. The record date has been fixed as July 20, 2015
