Investing for 1-2 Months

Don't think of anything beyond liquid funds or ultra short-term debt funds for investments for a couple of months

I am looking for a safe investment for a period of 1-2 months. Please suggest.

If you're investing for only a couple of months, don't even think of anything else other than liquid funds or ultra short-term funds. These funds will yield decent returns and the money will be virtually on demand. When choosing a liquid fund, pick the one that has the lowest expense ratio. As far as ultra short-term funds are concerned, pick from DWS Ultra Short Term, SBI Magnum Income Fund - Floating Rate - Long Term or Sundaram Ultra Short Term.
