PineBridge Mutual Fund wants its investors to see it as a professional investment manager in a few product categories only

PineBridge Mutual Fund had a change in its name a year ago and is working towards re-establishing itself. The AMC wants its investors to see it as a professional investment manager in a few product categories only, and that too with a clear value proposition and transparency. Siddhartha Singh, the CEO, elaborates by stating that in the fixed income product category; their focus will be to have open-ended 'no exit load' products straddling the yield curve with clear and differentiated positioning.

Currently, the AMC has one global fund and plans to have more in this space as it feels there is scope for Indians to diversify in terms of geographies. Singh stresses on the need to give time to investments, which he feels is the way to building wealth in the long run.
