Axis Mutual Fund has announced changes in the fundamental attributes of Axis Banking & PSU Debt Fund

Axis Mutual Fund has announced changes in the fundamental attributes of Axis Banking & PSU Debt Fund, effective from December 18, 2024.

The scheme has updated its exclusion list of securities. It may now invest in derivatives, securitized debt or repo and reverse repo in corporate debt securities. The exposure in fixed-income derivatives such as Interest Rate Swaps, Interest Rate Futures, can be taken for hedging or portfolio balancing.

As per the regulatory requirements, unitholders have been given a 30-day exit window from November 18 to December 17, 2024. Investors who do not consent to these changes have an option to either switch or redeem their investments without paying any exit load during this period. No action is required to be taken by investors who don't have any objection to the proposed change.
