Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced the merger of Templeton India Treasury Management Account (TITMA) Liquid Plan into TITMA Regular Plan, with effect from September 04, 2011. The growth option, weekly dividend option (with reinvestment and payout facility) and daily dividend reinvestment option under liquid plan of TITMA are proposed to be merged into the growth option, weekly dividend option (with reinvestment and payout facility) and daily dividend reinvestment option under regular plan of TITMA.
All the plans of TITMA will continue to have a common portfolio.
The sale of the units of Liquid Plan i.e. the merging plan (including switch-ins) will stand suspended with effect from August 01, 2011.
