Merger of various Equity Schemes under JM Financial Mutual Fund

JM Financial Mutual Fund has announced the merger of various equity schemes.

JM Agri & Infra Fund and JM HI FI Fund will be merged into JM Basic Fund.

JM Financial Services Sector Fund, JM Telecom Sector Fund and JM Large Cap Fund will be merged into JM Equity Fund.

JM Contra Fund, JM Mid Cap Fund and JM Small & Mid Cap Fund will be merged into JM Multi Strategy Fund.

Investors who want to continue can do so without doing anything. However, investors, who want to exit from the respective schemes, can redeem their units between March 3, 2011 and April 1, 2011 without paying any exit load.

The unit holders who do not redeem/switch the current value of their holdings on April 1, 2011 will be converted into units of respective surviving scheme, by allotting units at the applicable NAV as on April 2, 2011.
