ING Annual Interval Fund - B: Dividend Declaration

ING Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under the dividend option of ING Annual Interval Fund - B (Dividend and DQ).

The quantum of declaration will be 100 per cent of distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date. The record date is July 25, 2010.
