Kotak FMP 370 days Series 3: Dividend Declaration

28 June, 2010 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividend under Kotak FMP 370 days Series 3.

The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
