Canara Robeco FMP Series 4 19 Months: Dividend Declaration

May 13, 2010 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividend under Canara Robeco FMP Series 4 19 Months (Retail and Institutional Plan).

The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
