Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced the winding up of Franklin India International Fund, effective April 30, 2010.
From the date of publication of notice the trustee and the AMC shall:
1. Cease to carry on any business activities in respect of the scheme,
2. Cease to create or cancel units in the scheme, and
3. Cease to issue and redeem units in scheme.
