Taurus FMP 370 Days - Series II: Dividend Declaration

April 5, 2010 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under Taurus FMP 370 Days - Series II - Retail and Institutional Plan.

The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
