DQ, Fortis FTP Series 9 YA Reg. - DQ, Fortis FTP Series 9 YA Reg. - DH, Fortis FTP Series 9 YA Reg. - DY, Fortis FTP Series 13 Plan D Reg. - Cal Q, Fortis FTP Series 13 Plan D Reg. - Cal Y, Fortis FTP Series 13 Plan D Reg. - Cal HY , Fortis Bond Reg. - DQ and Fortis Bond Reg. - DY.

The quantum of declaration will be 100 per cent of distributable surplus as available under plan(s) on the record date. The record date is March 31, 2010.
