HDFC Fixed Income Plan has launched its fourth series - HDFC FIP October 2001 (1), on October 30, 2001. The open offer will close on November 5, 2001. The close-end fund aims at generating regular income through investments in money market instruments and government securities. Entry in the fund is on a no-load basis but an exit load of 1 per cent is charged for redemption made before maturity, i.e. before 90 days.
