Principal Pnb Long Term Equity 3Y I: Conversion to open-end

Principal MF has notified the conversion of Principal Pnb Long Term Equity 3Y I to an open-end scheme with effect from March 23, 2010.

The features are as follows:

Options: Growth and Dividend (Payout, Reinvestment and Sweep).
Minimum amount: Rs.5,000/-. Subsequent investment shall be Rs.500 under each option.
SIP/SWP and STP: Minimum six installments of Rs.500 each.
Load structure:
Entry load: Nil
Exit load: 1% if redeemed on or before 1 year from the date of allotment.
NAV: The NAV will be calculated and disclosed at the close of every business day.
