Introduction of Retail Plan under Debt Fund of Axis MF

Axis Mutual Fund has introduced Retail Plan under Axis Liquid, Axis Treasury Advantage, Axis Short Term, effective March 2, 2010. The existing investment under the scheme will be termed as Institutional plan. The features of the retail plan are as follows:

Minimum amount: Rs.5,000/- for Retail and Rs.1 crore for Institutional Plan.

Minimum additional amount: Rs.1000 under retail plan of Axis Liquid, Axis Treasury Advantage and Rs.100 for Axis Short Term and Rs. 1 lac for Institutional plan (all funds).

Annual Expense: For Retail 2.25 percent and 2.15 percent for Institutional Plan (including Investment Management and Advisory Fee of 1.25 percent).

Offer Price for retail plan: Units will be available at Rs 1,000/- under Axis Liquid, Axis Treasury Advantage and Rs.10 under Axis Short Term.

For existing unit holders the minimum additional amount under the Institutional Plan will be applicable. If the plan is not mentioned then units will be allotted according to his application amount.
