Change in the Fund Managers: Principal Mutual Fund

Subsequent to the resignation of Mr. Pankaj Tibrewal as fund manager, Principal Asset Management Mutual Fund has announced the following changes in fund managers, with effect from January 11, 2010:

- Mr. Shyam Bhat will now manage Principal MIP, Principal MIP Plus, Principal Pnb Long Term Equity 3Y Series I, Principal Pnb Long Term Equity 3Y Series II.

- Mr. Rajat Jain will now manage Principal Balanced, Principal Child Benefit, Principal Personal Tax Saver, Principal Emerging Bluechip.
