IDFC Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under the dividend option of IDFC Arbitrage Fund(Plan A and Plan B), IDFC Arbitrage Plus Fund (Plan A and Plan B) and in IDFC Fixed Maturity Plan-Fifteen Months Series 1(Plan A and Plan B).
The quantum of declaration is Re 0.06 per unit for IDFC Arbitrage Fund, IDFC Arbitrage Plus Fund (Plan A and Plan B).
The entire appreciation in NAV of dividend option since inception until November 12, 2009 will be declared as dividend under IDFC Fixed Maturity Plan-Fifteen Months Series 1.
The record date for the dividends is November 12, 2009.
