September 24, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under IDFC Fixed Maturity Plan – Yearly Series 26 (IDFC-FMP-YS26) (Dividend Option). The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
