August 24, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under HDFC FMP 370D August 2008(1) - Retail(Normal and Quarterly) and Wholesale Plan(Normal). The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
