ICICI Pru FMP Sr 44 1Y Plan A: Dividend Declaration

June 3, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under ICICI Pru FMP Sr 44 1Y Plan A - Retail Option. The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
