ICICI Pru FMP Sr 41 - 19M Plan: Dividend Declaration

May 11, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under ICICI Pru FMP Sr 41 - 19M Plan - Retail and Institutional plans. The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
