Religare FMP 14M Series III: Dividend Declaration

April 23, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under Religare FMP 14M Series III - Retail Option. The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
