Kotak Equity Arbitrage Fund: Change in Exit Load

The exit load applicable under Kotak Equity Arbitrage Fund shall stand revised (w.e.f. February 18, 2009) as follows:

• For investments of upto Rs. 2 crores: 0.60% if units are redeemed within 90 days, 0.50% if redeemed after 90 days but within 180 days.
• For investments greater than Rs. 2 crores: 0.50% if units are redeemed within 30 days.

Currently, the following load is applicable:
Exit load of 0.60% for investment upto Rs.50 lakhs if redeemed within 3 months,0.50% for investment upto Rs.50 lakhs if redeemed after 3 months but within 6 months and 0.50% for investment greater than Rs.50 lakhs if redeemed within 30 days.
