The record date for declaration of dividend in the Dividend Plan of Alliance Equity Fund is September 28, 2001. All purchases made before 3.30 p.m. on September 28,2001 will be eligible to receive dividends . The net Asset Value as of end of the next business day will reflect the effect of dividend pay out.
This would be the fifth dividend payout from the fund since launch and second in this calendar year. The earlier one was 10% in March 2001.
