Templeton Mutual Fund has declared monthly dividend a 0.80 per cent, i.e. Rs. 0.08 percent on AUGUST 24, 2001 for Templeton Monthly Income Plan. As on August 24, 200, the Cum-Dividend NAV is Rs. 10.45 and the Ex-Dividend NAV is Rs. 10.36. This is the 11th uninterupted monthly dividend since September 2000. Templeton Monthly Income Plan is an open-ended income scheme with no assured returns. It aims to earn regular income for investors through investment primarily in highly rated domestic fixed income securities. The Scheme offers Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly Dividend plan for regular income and a Growth plan for capital appreciation.
