The company's lead product candidate comprises brilaroxazine (RP5063) for the treatment of neuropsychiatric indications, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, behavioral and psychotic symptoms of dementia and Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease psychosis. It also engages in the clinical development for respiratory indications, such as pulmonary arterial hypertension and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. In addition, the company is in preclinical development for the treatment of psoriasis; and RP1208 for the treatment of depression and obesity.
