It distributes its products through multiple channels, such as direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, specialty retailers, wholesale distributors, and traditional brick-and-mortar stores. The company was formerly known as U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. and changed its name to CarParts.com, Inc. in July 2020.
