Bench Mark Infotech Services, incorporated in 2007 in Kolkata, has developed from an IT-hardware and network-installation contractor into an integrated digital-infrastructure and systems-integration provider with three main segments: turnkey IT solutions, annual maintenance and facility support, and fibre-optic infrastructure services. Its core activities cover the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks, wireless and communication systems, structured cabling, fibre networks, CCTV and access control, audio-visual and smart-classroom systems, data-storage and data-centre infrastructure, cloud and virtualisation solutions, AI-ready computing environments and cybersecurity. The company’s expertise lies in single-window project execution and lifecycle support, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technical assistance, fibre trenching, ducting, cable laying, integration, restoration and dark-fibre leasing. Its expansion into cloud, AI-lab, edge-computing and cybersecurity services represents a move beyond conventional hardware deployment toward higher-value digital infrastructure. Important customers include the Airports Authority of India, RailTel, Indian Railways, the Indian Air Force, NTPC, Beltron and subsidiaries of Coal India such as South Eastern Coalfields, Central Coalfields and Mahanadi Coalfields, alongside educational institutions and private-sector clients. Bench Mark engages customers through tender-based and specification-led project delivery, supported by long-term maintenance relationships—23 of 41 customers were repeat customers in FY2026—combining customised integration, operational readiness and continuing support to address reliability, security, connectivity and technology-modernisation challenges.
