Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Limited, originally incorporated as JRM Fertilizer Private Limited in 2011, transitioned into the restaurant and food service industry in 2012.The company was founded in Gujarat and transitioned from a private to a public limited company in 2014, eventually delisting from the National Stock Exchange in 2018 to reduce compliance burdens. In 2024, the company rebranded as Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Limited, reflecting its diverse operations. It operates in two primary segments: Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and agricultural commodity trading. The company has also expanded internationally, with a wholly-owned subsidiary, Neoindian Pizza Inc., in the USA. Neopolitan Pizza engages in the trading of cereals, pulses, grains, fruits, and vegetables. This segment represents the majority of the company’s revenue. Under the QSR segment, they operate 21 outlets across multiple cities in India, primarily through three models: Company Owned Company Operated (COCO), Franchisee Owned Company Operated (FOCO), and Franchisee Owned Franchisee Operated (FOFO).
