With reference to Acknowledgement Nos. 13881269 and 13881270 regarding the disclosure filed on August 12th 2026 under Reg 30 of SEBI LODR 2015 regarding Resignation of Mr. Eugene Oommen Koshy (DIN: 02357608) we hereby submit our clarification for the delay in filing such corporate announcement. The resignation letter was received by the Company on 10th August 2026 which was subsequently placed before and noted by the Board at its meeting held on 12th August 2026. The delay in filing within the prescribed timeline was solely due to administrative and procedural coordination in finalizing the Board proceedings and without any malafide intent.The Company has strengthened its internal compliance tracking mechanisms to ensure timely regulatory filings and prevent recurrence. The Company kindly requests that the clarification be taken on record and the minor delay be condoned.
