Wyeth Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2014.
Further, in terms of SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992 read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('the Code'), that the Trading Window for trading in the Equity shares of the Company will be closed with effect from July 10, 2014 to July 26, 2014, both days inclusive. Shares of the Company cannot be bought or sold by all designated employees, their spouse and dependent children during this period.
